MLS Cup Final Information for Viking Army Supporter Club Members
Please read this entire email carefully before reaching out with questions. It contains important details about tickets and travel reimbursement for the MLS Cup Final.

Tickets and Travel Reimbursement
The New York Red Bulls Front Office (FO) is covering the cost of tickets and offering a $300 travel reimbursement for 2024 paid Viking Army Supporter Club (VASC) members traveling to Los Angeles for the Final. Here’s what you need to know:
 
Eligibility
A 2024 paid VASC member is defined as someone who:
Purchased a Viking Army Supporter Club membership in 2024 through vikingarmy.com or at the tailgate and received a membership packet
MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE VERIFIED
If you:
Receive emails from the Viking Army,
Bought tickets from the Viking Army this season,
Were a member in previous years,
but did not purchase a 2024 membership, you are not eligible to claim a ticket or receive the travel reimbursement.
Note: Membership for 2024 closed at the end of Eastern Conference Final and will NOT open until next year (2025)

Claiming Your Ticket
Each 2024 paid VASC member may claim one (1) ticket.
Viking in Training are eligible to claim ONE ticket as well
Once you claim your ticket, you must email us within 24 hours with the following details:
A copy of your airline ticket receipt (PDF or image), per PAID VA member - PLEASE ATTACH TO EMAIL
Your full name (FULL NAME)
Preferred reimbursement method (PayPal or Zelle),
The email address associated with your reimbursement account.
Flights booked and paid for. Use of airline points or miles is not reimbursable
Email this information to vikingarmyboard@gmail.com with the subject line:
"MLS Cup Final Travel Reimbursement - MEMBER NAME"
We will submit your information to the FO for approval and processing.
Please note that processing may take time.

Only Claim a Ticket If You Have Solid Travel Plans !
If you claim a ticket and cannot attend, you are preventing another member from going.
If we do not receive your travel reimbursement information within 24 hours of claiming your ticket, your reservation will be canceled, and your ticket will be offered to another member.
Additional Tickets (If Available)
If all tickets are not claimed, members will be able to reserve one (1) additional ticket starting Tuesday, December 3rd, at 10:00 AM ET.
Please do not email us in advance requesting extra tickets. We aim to ensure fairness for all members.

Rules to purchasing a Viking Army game ticket. (ALL RULES APPLY)

* All tickets purchased from the Viking Army will be transferred the day or 2 before the match.

* There will be a limit of 1 (ONE) (UNO) per paid VA member  - memberships as always will be verified - so please if there are any differences with names, emails that we don't know of with your membership - please make sure you make us aware of them by sending an email to vikingarmyboard@gmail.com.
- IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS UNDER THE SAME EMAIL, PLEASE REACH OUT TO CHUPI VIA FACEBOOK MESSENGER OR EMAIL (vikingarmyboard@gmail.com)

* Game tickets purchased from Viking Army are NOT to be resold and they won’t be able to be forwarded/transferred. If you are caught reselling a Viking Army purchased game ticket, your membership will be terminated.
